Living in Galena

Here's what makes our small town great!

What makes Galena such a great place to live? We may be biased, but we believe that Galena is the perfect small town for professionals, families, and retirees looking for a place to call home. Located on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, Galena is both isolated from the hustle and bustle of the city and within an hour of Annapolis, an hour and a half from Baltimore, Washington, D.C. and Philadelphia, PA, and only 45 minutes to Wilmington and Dover, DE! In addition to our active local Government, charming Businesses, and annual Events, this page will give you more information on what makes Galena a great place to call home.
